We're all settling in for the night. Dad's laying on the small "couch" in the waiting room, Mom's going to take a shower, Charlie's sitting in the room with Jonathan, Rachel and Bryon are headed out to go sleep at Charlie's apartment and I am updating everyone.
This afternoon they let us know that they had postponed the surgery on his pelvis to either Monday or Tuesday. Because of the infection, there would be too much of a risk to bring him into surgery. So, they're going to make sure to get that under control before they schedule the surgery again. He's doing OK today. Not much happening - just more and more rest which he needs. They may start the feeding tube again tomorrow as longs as his bowels continue to move like they have been. So, pray that does happen.
We're all getting ready to get a couple hours of sleep. I'll keep y'all posted on any changes.

I never got a chance to thank you again Rebecca for allowing me to join you at church last Sunday, the service was wonderful and all your members were so welcoming and kind. You truly have a strong committed church family and are blessed with a congregation that stands behind their Pastor and his family. I was also blown away by you to Miss Rebecca and your beautiful voice. I can't wait to until Jonathan is on his feet and worshipping the Lord for all his blessings at church with you leading praise and worship. Thanks again for the experience and encourage others who read the blog to attend and meet their wonderful congregation..

I know you have said that hearing ya'll voices has calmed him down in times of high pain. Has he tried to speak yet are they still keeping him sedated? Has his fever gone down? The family has always been strong and will continue to be filled with GOD'S strength through this as well.
There has not been a moment since we have heard of the news that everyone has not been on my mind. It seems as if I am living by the computer just waiting to hear any news. It has been such a blessing seeing all the love that God is showing through so many friends. Thank you for keeping us informed. Rest is what all of you need right now.
